About Me

I think what you will find is that I am not your average coach and my background is likely much different than most coaches you might find. I don’t have years of formal schooling, I didn’t come from a background of seeing success as any sort of option, and I haven’t known for years and years what was my true calling. What I do have is a past that forced me to take a deep look at myself and my path, I do have years of in-depth study of the potential of humans, and I do have real life business successes and failures to draw experience from.

Of course, as with the majority of people I had my fair share of struggles growing up. I experienced some things as a child that I certainly wouldn’t describe as positive and I spent many years as a teenager and a young adult wandering around basically lost, making one destructive decision after another. I have never been one to judge my present nor my future by my past missteps or those of adults that I encountered along the way.

It simply doesn’t serve me. This isn’t a thought that came to me as I dove into my own development, I have luckily just always felt that way and it has definitely served me well. I truly do believe that we go through EVERY experience in our life for just that… the experience. None of us would be who we are today or where we are today without every experience. And no matter where you find yourself at this moment, you are perfect and you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

I certainly don’t always feel that way and I have moments of struggle but I always come back to that core belief that all is as it should be. Because of that, every day I find that I grow and I move forward. It is because of my own struggles and victories that I find myself compelled to share and teach and guide other individuals (especially entrepreneurs) toward uncovering their own personal power.

My path to success was definitely a rocky one. I didn’t even begin to sow the seeds of my own success until I was in my early thirties. I had begun to scratch the surface years before that, but I didn’t really “get” it until I was about 32. Once I opened myself up to the truth of what God wants for each one of us, I knew that I had found the way and there was no turning back.

I started my own personal and spiritual journey when I was 27 and I found yoga. For some people, yoga is a really great physical exercise, and while that is definitely true, yoga was for me the beginning of uncovering my true self. I threw myself into the practice and became a certified Yoga instructor and for the first time in my life felt as though I had purpose, passion and had found a path.

When I was 30 my husband and I were married and we had our first child Mia. What a blessing! I decided at that point I was going to stay home with my daughter and give Motherhood my full attention. Eighteen months later we had our second daughter Ava. My life was certainly blessed!

My husband made great money so I was able to stay home with the girls and it seemed that I had everything that a woman would want in life.

Something was happening though. I was feeling the seeds of discontent and while I was very happy being with the children and I loved being a mother, I really HATED the seemingly mundane tasks of being a Stay At Home Mom. Please don’t get me wrong here, taking care of children is not at all mundane (quite the opposite in fact) it was all the other stuff; laundry, shopping, cooking, cleaning. Ughh! I HATED all that stuff . I literally dreaded it and I knew there was no way I could spend my days doing it over and over again.

So, when Ava was 6 months old I started looking around for something to do from home. That was a prerequisite. I didn’t want anyone depending on me outside of my home.

At that time I was introduced to Network Marketing and I fell in love with the concept. Here was this group of women, very similar to myself, and they were working from home and making GREAT money. I was enchanted and I was sold immediately.

Here is where I was fortunate; I found a great company, a great team, and a ton of support. Because of that I found success early. I really fell in love with Network Marketing and the idea that an average individual could make an above average income from their home. I learned everything I could about the industry and started to devour information about success and the people that found that elusive key.

One of the things that I love about the Network Marketing industry is the commitment (by most) to teach about Personal Development. As you develop into a leader it is your job to inspire others to tap into their own greatness. I loved that and I found out I was REALLY good at it.

After about a year in the business I was doing very well, driving a Mercedes bought by the company and making a pretty good living. At that time I became pregnant with our third child Dane. I was thrilled and I wanted to take some time off to be a mom again.

I had been taught that in this industry that if I built a strong enough team, I would be able to “walk away” at least for a little while. What I discovered was that I had not built my business in a way that was conducive to taking time off. So, while I was being a mom my business was falling apart.

Sure, I saw it coming but at the time I couldn’t care less. I had a new baby, a 2 year old and a 3 year old and that was where my focus was. When I was ready to come back it was apparent that I was going to have to get to work FAST to salvage my business. The problem was that I didn’t have the same passion that I had in the beginning and I struggled to find my footing again.

I had to take a serious look at what I REALLY wanted to do with my time. I thought if I was going to spend any time away from my children I wanted to be following my passion. I loved the coaching and the teaching that I had discovered while building a team so I decided to follow that path.

I started to research different paths for becoming a Life Coach and I found that one of my mentors Bob Proctor had Life Success Consultant training. That was perfect for me because it intertwined the Laws of the Universe with the desires of Success here on the physical plane.

I spent the better part of a year doing in-depth study on success and mindset and correlation between the two. You know when you are on the correct path for your life when it keeps you up very late at night and gets you up very early in the morning and you feel inspired and passionate throughout it all. I had found that!

I still loved the Network Marketing industry though and wanted to combine these 2 passions. I started coaching Network Marketers about Human Potential and at the same time I got back into the industry as a distributor.

This time though I wanted to do things different. I felt that the days of calling your friends and family and going to the hotel meetings were on their way out and I wanted to be on the cutting edge of the industry so I went on a quest to find a different way. What I found was an entire community of people that were using the power of traditional marketing; online and offline to market themselves and their Network Marketing businesses. That was exactly what I was looking for.

So with the same enthusiasm as I had done everything else, I started to learn everything I could about marketing; online and offline. I spent 2 years learning from some of the greatest internet marketers and was fortunate to find one of the very best in Direct Mail marketing who became a mentor and close friend.

I utilized the powers of Human Potential that I had been studying and teaching and built a business that generated over $900,000 in revenue in only 5 months. In addition to that business I personally sponsored over 100 people in two separate Network Marketing companies in less than a year and I was also 1 of 5 female founders of a team of over 1000 people. Not bad for a girl with little formal education and someone who didn’t even “Get” this business stuff until I was in my 30′s.

Why do I share this entire story? I think it is imperative for you to get a good idea of who I am and what my experiences are so you can make an informed judgment on whether or not you think I can walk along side you in your own journey towards finding YOUR dream life.

I am still learning, growing and uncovering my own greatness and I share my experiences; both the successes and the failures all along the way. What I have heard from my students is that it is my own willingness to be an open book that resonates with them the most.

It is only necessary to remove the limitations that were unknowingly placed there as you grew from an infant to an adult. Will it be easy? No. Nothing worth having is every easy and if it was everyone would be happy, healthy and wealthy. The good news is that it is simple and it is fun! There is a certain way to do things that ensure the life of your dreams.

What I KNOW to be true is that it doesn’t matter where you come from, what your past experiences have been, or how old you are. YOU hold a power within you to BE and do anything you desire. It is your birthright from your creator and there are certain laws that can be measured and have been proven scientifically to work, that you can employ to create that life.

I know those laws and I have applied those laws and I know it is my path in this life to share and teach those laws to as many people as possible. I can guarantee that if you commit and follow the path that has been laid out before you failure is not an option.

I truly hope that I get the chance to work with you and understand wholly and completely what your deepest desires and passions are and work together to bring it all to the surface.
